Course Aim and Purpose
Managing staff is a huge responsibility, and often we are promoted to managerial positions because of our technical expertise rather than our ability to manage and lead.
This leadership and management skills course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills, to enable them to work with confidence as managers & team leaders.
By the end of the course participants will have a better understanding of how to adapt their management style to the needs of their team as well as how to manage difficult scenarios such as managing under performance and dealing with grievances.
